SKEREAGH

The Skereagh is a predator of the forests and plains of the temperate regions of Gorgamelle. It is as big as the Dyrewolf of the northern forest, but not so heavily built. It has a long, flowing coat of dark reddish brown hair, and powerful, rangy legs. It is a tireless runner - packs of Skereagh will chase their prey down and wear it out, sometimes over very long distances. However, what makes the Skereagh feared is its bloodthirsty nature - when it brings down its prey, the Skereagh goes into frenzy, biting and tearing until sated. It behaves similarly when confined, and it is common knowledge that a Skereagh can never be tamed.
