Semerdras of Grathredrus

Semerdras is a popular minor noble in the retinue of the Duces of Grathredrus, and he does the sort of things that minor nobles do - dancing, composing poetry, attending to minor bureaucratic matters, carrying messages of import and the like. Often he disappears for a few weeks to go hunting on his estates in the north-east. However, he lives a far more exciting life than most people relaise - in his secret identity as "the Red Hood" he challenges evil doers who think they are beyond the reach of the law. He challenges people to duels, steals from wealthy ne'er-do-wells (and distributes the loot to their victims), disrupts their concalves and so on. He works mostly at night, which explains why he sleeps often til noon, and his "hunting trips" are usually excuses for adventuring. Semedras is slim, but muscular, with a pale complexion and grey/green eyes. His dark hair and small mustache are always neatly trimmed. As the Red Hood, he wears a (naturally enough) a red cloak with a hood which covers his whole head except for holes for his eyes.
