Enachamachus

Enachamachus is tall, but slighty stooped, so that to casual glance he appears of middle height. He has shoulder length white hair, and a wispy beard. His large eyes are a watery blue, giving him an innocent and somewhat absentminded air, rather like someone's favourite elderly uncle.

In fact, he has a keen mind, and can be completely ruthless in the pursuit of his goals. Raised in a middle class family in Megara, he has long since abandoned kith and kin. He worked first as a scholar-sorceror in the library of the Duces, where he was recruited by the Inquisition to work within the lord's household. He proved his worth then, and has worked all over the Empire since. He hates disorder and is dedicated to the rule of law - which to him means Dymerian law. He uses his skill in astrological magics as well as his native cunning in his job as a spymaster for the Inquisition.
