Rhoa'inoia is a huge, scarred Kvarch'nari mercenary with a reputation as the leader of a group of experienced sell-swords. Whenever a few close-mouthed blades are needed your services can be bought. Some people call them the "Mountain Raiders", as a derogatory comment on their leader's race, but few would dare do it around any member of the group.
