Banesca 'Silvertongue'

 

Banesca's mother was a Blackblade, his father was a Priest. Banesca is a witty and charming young man who is currently a special envoy (and occasional spy) for the High Priest of Llanwhit. He travels the Seven Kingdoms (using the magic ring given to him by his master) keeping an eye on things and reportingback regularly to his master. Banesca resigned from the priesthood while partway through his training when it became apparent that he would never achieve greatness in the priestly hierarchy, since singing and flirting were more important to him than knowledge. However he learned sufficient magic to be considered a mage, as well as learning the ability to change his form into that of animals. Banesca often pretends to be just a travelling muscian, especially when on a mission where a connection with the priesthood is unhealthy. He is always cheerful, and will start singing at the slightest provocation.

In appearance he is tall, lean and clean-shaven with his long, coppery hair braided. He dresses as finely as his current means will allow and characteristically carries his two swords in scabbards over his shoulders so that he can draw one with either hand.
